Google Cloud Summit 2019

Finding a playful aesthetic for a day of serious learning.

 

Objective:

Create a brand and event expression for Google Cloud Summit, which is a global one day event series over the course of 2019. Each summit takes place in a new city around the world and invites local residents to attend, explore, collaborate, and learn about new Google Cloud technologies.

My Role:

Senior Designer

With collaboration from an Executive Creative Director, we concepted, rationalized, and designed a new brand and expression for the Google Cloud Summit that strives to exude playfulness, openness, and acceptance. Being one of the largest tech companies in the world, it was important for us to communicate attainability as well as excitement around each city’s summit event.
